Refund policy
At Behind The Mind Clothing Department, it is our top priority to make sure customers are 100% satisfied with our products.
There are NO REFUNDS unless you have received a defective product.
We accept items for exchange if the sizing is wrong. When exchanging items for sizing must they must be in new, unused condition with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once the item is received at our warehouse, you will receive a descriptive email detailing the full exchange process.
If we do not have the desired size available, we can exchange for a product of equal value.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product. Shipping is not refunded.
Behind The Mind Clothing Department will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
